Nix Land Surveying began in 2008 as a one-an business doing small land surveys for real estate transactions, such as a home with a small piece of property being sold to a new land owner. Over the years, the company fluctuated in size, operating up to three full time crews to accommodate the quantity of work orders passing through our office. Still today, though doing all sizes of projects from private to commercial, Nix Land Surveying still places it's focus on not only having the most competitive pricing but also on being able to have the fastest turn-around in our area of business, keeping customer service as a high priority. When you need a land survey, it's common to be told you will have to wait three weeks or longer before your project can even begin, but with Nix Land Surveying, we generally get to your job within days, not weeks, sometimes next day service is even available!
